- Cinderellaz offers shipping and delivery at around £3.00 on all products to uk customers. International delivery is between £5.00 and £8.00 due the fluctuation of currency but most often will be around £5.00. This does not apply to any purchase of which is calculated on weight.

- Please contact us before returning any item.
- If you have ordered the wrong size item or the item is not that described on the invoice please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods. You will then need to return the item within 28 days of receiving your goods.
